quick shoot between rain, rain and (yes!) even more rain

Bluse/Blouse - Asos // Rock/Skirt - Bershka // Plateaus + Armband/Bracelet - H&M // Kette/Necklace - Zara // Clutch - Mango // Armband Uhr/Wrist watch  - Iam // Eulenring/Owl ring - Pieces // Strumpfhose/Tights - Fabiani

DE:
Was soll ich dazu sagen?

EN:
What shall I say? It's raining all day. I hear the rain drumming against our windows very early in the morning. I see the wet streets and the dull grey clouds when I'm looking out of the windows in our kitchen while drinking my first coffee. I feel the rain whipping in my face when I'm having to go to work by bicycle. And the rain is still there when I'm simply wanting to go home on our cozy, dry, warm couch after work. However, I actually found one tiny dry timeslot today on my day-off. A couple minutes later I found myself, a nice helper and my Canon on a roof terrace taking a couple snapshots in order to feed my blog. A raincoat would have almost been more appropriate but this is my weird way to fight the rain.

checked pattern and oversized necklaces, what else?

Shirt - A/wear // Kette/Necklace - ZARA // Leggings - ZARA // Schal/Scarf - ZARA // Boots - Buffalo // Clutch - Mango
Armband/Bracelet - Pieces // Langer Ring/Long ring - H&M // Runder Ring/Round ring - Takko Fashion

DE:

A week ago I started my new job at ZARA in Utrecht (Netherlands). I'm just super relieved and glad I've found a job I enjoy and that brings a bit money on my bank account that I can spend for even more clothes and overpriced food. Unfortunately my Dutch language skills leave a lot to be desired wherefore it's even greater I really got a job here. However, it's also quite dangerous to be surrounded by 'Oh-my-god-I-NEED-this-Clothes' and 'Woah-Necklaces'. My first salary has been spent bevore I can even see the black numbers on my bank account.

my OOTD and finally a new job (at ZARA)

Lederjacke/Leather jacket + Bluse/Blouse - Vero Moda // Rock/Skirt - Asos // Tasche/Bag - Bohemia auf Fab.com // Boots - Akira
DE:
Heute ist einfach so ein schöner Tag. Warum?

EN:
I've been having such a great day so far. Why? I signed my contract at ZARA in Amsterdam today and combined that with a huge fun shoppingtour in the idyllic city. And in a bit I'll enjoy tasty, romantic dinner with my love.
That's what I call a successful day. I'm so happy and relieved that I finally found a job that I really enjoy here in the Netherlands. Not easy as a German that doesn't speak Dutch so well! (PS: This is my outfit of the day.)

white cosy kitty cat on my sweater

DE:
Super kuschelig. Super warm. Und mit einer Mietzekatze drauf. Ist das nicht süß?

EN:
Slowly but surely it gets colder outside. On this occassion I rummaged around my closet in order to see which nice and cozy sweater I got in my collection. And yeah, what shall I say? I'm quite confused how I survived the last couple Winters. So to cut the long story short, I bought a new sweater ... super cozy. Super warm. And it's got a kitty cat on it. Isn't that cute?

DIY - bringe deine Nieten selbst an // stud your clothes by yourself

DE:
Das Thema war "What to STUD!".

EN:
A short while ago I was invited to a workshop called "What to STUD!". Jan de Groot from Studfabriek.nl showed us girls how to stud our clothes by ourselves. And it was super easy! I started with my jeans blouse and a normal white one as well.

// Get your stuff! Scissors, studs and one item of clothing.

// Get everything together at your work place and think which part of your item you want to stud.

// Put the stud directly on the place where you want to stab its four tips through the fabric. And do it!

// Look at the back side of the fabric. There you can see the four tips of the stud. Turn those down to the middle of the stud by pushing the hard metal of the scissors against the tips so it can't fall off anymore.

// It'll help if you draw some dots on your item of clothing in order to fix the places you want to put your studs.

// You can stud whatever you want. If you want to stud your shoes, then you'll need 'Plakstuds' that you stick on the fabric by a particular glue. (click here)

business cards for fashion blogger

English:
If you need to identify yourself as a fashion blogger when you're being on the way, you should always got one thing: your own business cards. For a couple years/months the blogger industry has been growing a lot and thus also its professionalism. You receive invitations to events and get to meet a lot of new people of the fashion industry. At some point you want to exchange your contact details short and sweet. So it'll be extremely embarrassing, if you don't have anything to exchange apart from a piece of paper with your handwritten details. However, I've just got mine from Moo.com. The quality is great. The cards are quite stable. The delivery cost only a third of what I had to pay at Vistaprint and the goods were sent a week sooner than the ones of Vistaprint. Isn't there anything wrong at Vistaprint?! And a nice plus is that cute little black box to keep all business cards in a nice shape.

PS: Sorry for the bad quality of my pictures.
